Sales Administrator
Location - Henderson, NV

A sales administrator is responsible for a variety of data gathering, entry, and reporting tasks to support the sales process. You will support those whose primary role is to acquire new customers and also maintain and expand Hyper Networks’ book of business. You will gather information (customer, product, service, pricing, quotes, etc.) and make sure these are accurately captured in our systems of record (primarily Zoho). You’ll also ensure availability and transparency of the information to keep the sales and delivery processes unblocked. You will be part of an experienced team committed to helping you achieve your goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Source pricing and other product/service information
- Gather information related to quotes and make sure these are accurately captured in our systems of record
- Make available and share information to keep our sales and delivery processes unblocked
- Route information requests to the right places
- Monitor client communications through structured interactions, flag risks, and assure issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Support internal sales communications, status, and tasks
- Collect and analyze data and feedback, and use these to drive process improvements

Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in clerical or detailed information gathering
- Ability to foster positive business relationships and brand loyalty
- Punctuality, discipline, and strong inclination for paying attention to details
- Skills working individually and strengthening peers on the team
- Experience building reports and analyzing data
- Ability to troubleshoot problems, isolate variables, and drive resolution
- Excellent writing skills

Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field
- Experience managing client relationships
