Hyper Protect is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of various low voltage systems, including CCTV cameras, access control, burglary alarms, and other security solutions. The successful candidate should have a high school diploma, at least one year of experience in the low voltage field, and the ability to drive their own vehicle for work-related purposes.  

Responsibilities: Installation and Wiring: Execute the installation and wiring of CCTV cameras, access control systems, burglary alarms, and other low voltage equipment following industry standards and company guidelines.  

System Configuration: Configure and troubleshoot security systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.  

Site Surveys: Conduct on-site surveys to assess the requirements for security system installations and provide accurate estimates of material and labor costs.   Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on installed security systems, addressing any issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their security needs, explain system functionalities, and address any concerns or questions.  

Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of installations, configurations, and service activities for future reference and reporting.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, project managers, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines, industry regulations, and company policies to ensure a secure and compliant work environment  **Requirements: **    

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.  

Experience: Minimum of one year of practical experience in the low voltage field, preferably in security system installation

Technical Skills:    
- Proficiency in the installation and wiring of CCTV cameras, access control, and burglary alarm systems.   - Basic knowledge of networking concepts related to security systems.    
- Familiarity with low voltage electrical systems.    

Driving Skills: Valid driver's license/insurance and the ability to drive one's own vehicle for work-related assignments.  

Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.   Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address technical issues efficiently.    

Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and climbing, as required for installation and maintenance activities.
