Jarred Morgan is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with a track record of success. He founded and ran two profitable technology companies: Realize Communications, a 20-year-old business that was recently acquired by Hyper Networks, and One Connect IP, a Hosted VoIP and Managed Networks Services Company that he sold in 2009.

As the CEO and Managing Partner of Realize Communications, he oversaw all aspects of business development, revenue growth, channel expansion, and partnership sales. He also acquired a rival channel sales organization and adapted the product sales to the changing technology landscape. As the founder of One Connect IP, he led the sales, service operations, strategic planning, technology innovation, product development, and service delivery. He also secured funding for two strategic acquisitions that helped grow the organization to over 12 million in revenue and over 72 employees.

Mr. Morgan has more than 30 years of leadership experience and expertise in various areas of telecommunications, network services, hosted technology services, cloud services, circuit provisioning, circuit delivery, network engineering, and technology solution sales. Before starting his own companies, he held several management positions at USWEST and Qwest Communications, where he was involved in sales, sales team management, strategic account management, revenue management, network engineering, network circuit installation, outside plant repair, and service provider business development. He also helped launch and sell new products and services such as DSL Broadband Aggregation services, Ethernet Product service deployments, integrated voice and data services, and Hosted VoIP engineering and sales.

He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Information Systems (BS/BIS) from the University of Phoenix.
