Overview:

We do this through hyper-smart people who love what they do providing the best products and services. We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join the Hyper Networks team. To join as a key role in a variety of financial plans, services, and transaction in accounting, auditing, and essential financial services.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Financial statement preparation: CPAs are responsible for preparing accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. These statements provide a clear picture of a company's financial performance and are used by investors, creditors, and other stakeholders.

- Tax preparation and planning: CPAs are knowledgeable in tax laws and regulations and provide guidance to clients on tax planning and preparation. They prepare tax returns, identify tax-saving strategies, and help clients comply with tax laws.

- Audit and assurance services: CPAs perform audits of financial statements to ensure that they are accurate and comply with accounting standards. They also provide assurance services to clients, such as reviewing financial information and providing recommendations for improving internal controls.

- Financial analysis and reporting: CPAs analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations to improve financial performance. They also prepare financial reports and presentations to share with management and stakeholders.

- Accounting system implementation and management: CPAs help clients implement and manage accounting systems, including accounting software, to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.

- Budgeting and forecasting: CPAs help clients create budgets and forecasts to plan for future financial performance and make informed business decisions.

- In addition to these core responsibilities, CPAs may also be responsible for managing staff, training junior accountants, and developing and maintaining client relationships. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including management experience
- Knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
