Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for selling internet and networking solutions to clients, providing customized recommendations, coordinating with technical teams for solution design, and ensuring seamless delivery of services. You will also generate estimates, track billing, adjust orders, and generate financial reports. Additionally, you will read contracts and collaborate with the Sales team to create specific internet technical language. Technical networking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong customer focus are essential. This position also requires meticulous tracking of client interactions, emails, and discussions within a CRM system to ensure clear communication and prevent any potential disagreements.

- Interact with clients to understand their internet and networking requirements for events held at the convention center.
- Utilize technical networking knowledge to suggest and customize internet and networking solutions that meet clients' specific needs and enhance their event experiences.
- Coordinate with technical teams to design and develop networking solutions, ensuring they align with client requirements and meet performance standards.
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates for internet and networking services based on client specifications and pricing models.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth delivery and installation of internet and networking solutions on-site at the convention center.
- Track billing processes and invoicing for internet services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Proactively manage and adjust client orders as needed, promptly addressing changes or modifications.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports, including sales budgets, sales forecasts, and revenue projections, to support strategic decision-making.
- Read and interpret contracts related to internet and networking services, ensuring compliance and negotiating terms when required.
- Work closely with the Sales team to develop and refine specific internet technical language for contracts, proposals, and marketing materials.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, emails, and discussions within a CRM system to ensure clear communication and reference in case of any future disputes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to effectively position and sell internet and networking solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the convention center's internet services.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads, expand the client base, and promote the convention center's internet services.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of networking, Wi-Fi networks, internet protocols, and related technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, explain complex concepts, and build rapport
- Persuasive and negotiation abilities to successfully close sales and secure contracts
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for estimating, billing, and reporting tasks
- Familiarity with contract reading and interpretation
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical and project management teams
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Experience working with CRM systems for detailed tracking and record keeping.
